A lazy afternoon
It happens from time to time that I have an evening free to myself and I genuinely enjoy those times when there is no demand for my attention or skills. So when Bahama asked me if I knew any good places to go fishing I remembered once I had to put down for repairs after an imperial entanglement out in the middle of nowhere… and I mean NO WHERE! I swear I was just cutting through to the Noad sector behind some forest moon and BAM! I gotta dust a few impies. I was stuck on this moon and met some friendly little furballs making a living out of the waters they built their beautiful homes over.
So when Bahama asks if I know a good place to fish… naturally I remember this little moon and it’s indigenous people. I learned later the moon is called Endor and the furry cuteness brigade are called e-woks. They have forest brethren that are perfectly willing to cook up a pilot for dinner so I was in luck that I found a tribe of these guys that like fish.
Along the way I picked up a friend who wanted to catch a few herself. A lovely golden-haired tailor by the name of Wrenn. That afternoon we fished, we swam and the ladies worked on their tans while I traded my wrist-chronometer to the chief for a bit of his sweet smelling tobacco. Recommended highly over the bland death sticks you can get in the core systems.
As the sun set we hauled away quite a haul of fish. Bahama caught several that I suspect she will work into a meal for us soon. Wren and I caught a few ourselved but not nearly as much. I had mine mounted and stuffed for decor on my trophy wall at home.

Gotta love a good old fashioned fishing trip.
Wish I could have been there.
